Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $75. A flat $5.95 applies under that.
- Orders ship from our US warehouses — most leave within 48 hours.
- Standard delivery is 3–8 business days after dispatch.
- You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
- We currently ship within the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia.
Returns & exchanges
Not in love with it? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags attached for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Start a return by emailing hello@movelor.com with your order number.
- Refunds post within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
- Need a different size? We'll exchange it — just tell us the size you want.
- Final-sale items and used/worn items can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
Wrong or damaged item?
If anything arrives defective or not as described, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call. Check our size guide before ordering to get the fit right the first time.
